Following the latest Australian government guidelines, some of the ways we are working to protect you include:
- Increased hygiene and social distancing protocols within our warehouse and supply chain.
- Our support staff are working remotely.
Our website is open 24/7 and our Customer Service team is available via phone (1800 077 431 Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4pm) or email to answer any questions and ensure things continue to run smoothly for you. To make online shopping easier, we’ve also:
- Extended our returns policy to 90 days to allow you more time to decide if your item is right for you.
- Activated contactless delivery via Australia Post. This means you will not be asked to sign for deliveries and your order will be placed on your doorstep.
Lastly, as things change so may our plans. We will continue to stay close to government advice and inform you accordingly. Even from afar, we'll never stop supporting you.
